Outdoor Fall Wedding at The Cottage at Riverbend

The sun was shining, leaves changing colors for Brian and Mallory’s stunning fall wedding day at The Cottage at Riverbend. With guests traveling to Idaho from far away, celebrating Mallory and Brian at the Cottage was a beautiful experience for family and friends.

A two story spanish revival home, The Cottage at Riverbend and its stunning grounds are located about a half hour from Boise. With getting ready space inside the cottage, it’s a beautiful venue to have all your wedding events in one location. For Mallory and Brian, it was the perfect outdoor venue to welcome family and friends from out of town.

Mallory and Brian hosted their wedding ceremony under mature trees that back up to the river running through the property at the cottage. Following their ceremony, guests walked across the property to gather for their al fresco reception.

Fall Wedding Design for Mallory and Brian’s Cottage Wedding

For Mallory and Brian’s fall wedding, the design echoed the season and setting. With autumn orange hues, natural greenery, and wood elements in the crossback garden chairs, centerpieces, and ceremony backdrop, their wedding felt vibrant but natural. The sun went down as guests mingled under the string lights, just in time for the dance party to begin inside the tent.

Mallory and Brian’s Story that led to their fall wedding in Idaho

Mallory and Brian met in college. They love going on walks along the Greenbelt, stopping for dinner along the way, so when it came time for Brian to propose, he incorporated a Greenbelt walk into the proposal. Mallory and Brian had their first kiss along the river too, so when Brian took Mallory off the Greenbelt path to a spot with champagne and photos of their life together, it was so meaningful. The river in Boise was a constant piece popping up in their story, so when they chose the Cottage at Riverbend for their wedding, it was serendipitous that the river also runs through the property there.

When it came time to plan their wedding in Idaho, Mallory and Brian knew it was most important for them that everyone in attendance had a great time. They told us that the best part of their wedding day was that it was stress free and having so many family and friends travel in to celebrate with them.
