Founder//Lead Planner
Jaden
Planning and organization are two of Jaden’s biggest strengths, so being a Planner has been a very natural career for her! She has her Bachelors and Masters degrees from University of Idaho, and has completed many certifications for wedding and event planning. Jaden loves golfing with her husband, going on adventures with her daughter and catching up on all the reality tv shows! And if you get the opportunity to work with Jaden, be prepared to see her dance moves! She LOVES to dance!

Amy
Amy has enjoyed planning all of her family’s life events for over 3 decades. Being a co-owner and member of the Capital Occasions team has been a natural fit. Her favorite parts of the planner role is getting to meet and know the couple and their families and seeing the happiness on their faces at the end when all their wishes have come together in a magical event. Amy is also a Registered Nurse and has enjoyed taking care of American heroes, Veterans, for over 20 years.
In her spare time, Amy likes to read, walk/ hike, spend time with family, craft, and binge watch a good series.

Allie
Meet Allie. Allie was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and attended ASU for her undergraduate. After school she and her junior high school sweetheart moved back to Boise, Idaho. She lives on a hobby farm with her 3 Labrador retrievers and in her free time loves planting and caring for her hydrangea’s. If you have the chance to work with Allie, don’t be surprised if you leave feeling like you’ve made a lifelong friend!
Marketing Manager//Lead Planner
Peyton
Peyton serves as the Marketing Manager at Capital Occasions while also planning unforgettable weddings. Born and raised in Boise, she's always loved the charm and community of her hometown. Over the years she found her passion for wedding planning and helping couples create unforgettable celebrations. Whether it's a timeless, elegant affair or a fun, modern gathering, she loves bringing dream weddings to life. When she is not planning weddings or creating content, she loves to take roadtrips to new places.
Executive Assistant//Lead Planner
Preslee
Meet Preslee. Born and raised in Idaho, she attended Boise State University and the University of Idaho and has been planning her own wedding since she was basically born. With a natural love for details and organization, wedding planning has always felt like second nature to her. Preslee loves music, movies, traveling and helping couples enjoy the process just as much as the big day itself
Production Manager// Koyote
Meet Koyote, he helps with the heavy lifting setting up various parts of the wedding. Outside of work he love to snowboard, listen to various kinds of music, and golf. Koyote is currently a student at Boise State University studying to become an x-ray technician.Koyote is the one who makes the magic happen behind the scenes, handling all the heavy lifting with a smile. His hard work and kindness make him a true asset to the team.
