Event Management 

Have an upcoming party, but want to be present the day of and not worry about setting up and tearing down? Let our team of experts take day of tasks off your hands!

What's Included:​

  • Venue walk through 2 weeks prior to the event day.

  • Point of contact for all vendors 2 weeks prior to the event, as well as the day of the event. 

  • Ensure that the day of event timeline is shared with all vendors.

  • Manage the day to ensure the event runs smoothly, for up to 5 hours. 

  • Coordinate all events (i.e. toasts, games, formal dances, opening of presents, etc.).

  • Ensure all gifts and cards are placed in a safe/locked location.

  • Manage breakdown of event (Does not apply to busing tables).

  • Set up/Tear down of tables and chairs for an additional $200.

  • If event is more than 5 hours, you can add on our hourly rate at $125 per hour.​

Partial Event Planning

Who doesn't love a good party? We are here to help plan, create, and coordinate all the special events happening in your life.

  • 6 hours of planning time for: 

    • Budget Consultation

    • Concept and Design Planning

    • Décor Consultation

    • Vendor Availability Checks

    • Assist with Floor Plan Design

  • Also includes what is listed under Event Management Package.

Full Event Planning

Want to throw a party but want us to do it all for you?! We can book all your vendors, get all the little details organized and fully bring your event to life!

What's Included:

  • Unlimited planning time for:

    • Budget Consultation and Supervision.

    • Concept and Design Planning.

    • Décor Consultation and Selection (We will meet with you at a local décor vendor up to 3 times).

    • Vendor Availability Checks.

    • Booking of Vendors (We do not pay vendors for you).

    • Help with Seating Chart.

    • Support with RSVP management.

  • Also includes what is listed under Event Management Package.

  • This is for a one day event. If you have a multiple day event, we can get you a custom proposal.
