We are so thankful for all the work that Jaden and the team at Capital Occasions put in to make our wedding so seamless! From our initial phone call we felt so at ease with Jaden. She had answers and solutions to any question that we had through the wedding process which we appreciated so much. As we were trying to plan our wedding from a different state, we valued their knowledge, relationships, and honesty when it came to deciding which vendors to work with. The weeks leading up to the wedding they helped to tie up all of the loose ends and coordinated with everyone to ensure the day was seamless. We felt so confident and calm the day of knowing that the team at Capital Occasions had it handled. They made sure we were hydrated, well-fed, and allowed us to have the best time with our family and friends without worrying about any details. We cannot recommend Capital Occasions enough!

I can’t even begin to express how incredible capital occasions and Jaden is. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and it’s all thanks to their incredible support and planning. Jaden was professional but warm and flexible. Understands the best flow for events and was able to adapt the schedule to make it the best experience. Not to mention all the random requests I made last minute that she would LITERALLY run and do, 27 tequila shots anyone?! She even brought myself, Sam and both our mom’s glasses of wine when we were waiting for pictures. It’s truly the little things! Sam and I would divorce simply to get remarried to each other to work with Jaden and capital occasions again. If you need wedding planners look no further!!!!

Jaden and her team are unreal. Not only do I get to work with them, since I am a photographer, and love EVERY single time I do. But I knew immediately when my now husband and I got engaged that they would be the ones to run the show for my wedding day. They truly made the experience SEAMLESS. The day was quite literally the best and easiest day ever because of Jaden and her team. I can't brag about these ladies loud enough. They are fantastic. You will be in such great hands if you choose Capitol Occasions. Plus, they're hilarious, we love that. LOVE YOU ALL!

We can't thank Amy and her team at Capital Occasions enough for making our wedding day absolutely flawless! From the very first consultation to the final farewell at the end of our wedding night, Amy and her team went above and beyond in every possible way. At the end of the night, when there wasn't enough room in our vehicles to transport the florals and decorations, she called her husband in the middle of the night to help us transport everything. Her attention to detail, creativity, and calm demeanor made all the difference in ensuring that our big day ran smoothly.
What impressed us the most was her ability to take all our ideas and bring them to life in a way we hadn't even imagined. She was always available to answer questions and offer guidance when we needed it, and her vendor recommendations were spot on. They also helped manage our timeline perfectly, ensuring everything from the ceremony to the reception was perfectly planned.
Her experience and professionalism were evident in the way she handled any last-minute challenges with ease, always with a smile and a solution. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, as she took care of all the little details, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day.
She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. I would recommend Capital Occasions to anyone planning a wedding.
